This is a try to see if I finally get the comments feature. I am doing this while listening to James Farmer's talk about blogs at Alado . He has a remarkable blog: Incorporated Subversion. He is talking about "Communities of Inquiries"
Well, finally I had to change the template, which I did not want to do. Now I have the comment feature, but I lost all the links I had on the side :-( Will include them again later.
Ok, now I have the atom feed activated and the links back in place :-)

I'm glad you were able to get the comment function working. And perhaps with Aaron's help you'll soon have your links. I'm going to go looking for the Atom thingy he's talking about.
Feed is ready and so are the links (I had no problem with this, just needed to add the html tags to the template), time is my problem :-(
I am glad that my suggestion to change the template allowed you to get the comments activated. It happened to me with the old Beeonline template. As for the links, yes this happens when you change template. It is wise to copy and paste the old template in notepad and then you just re-insert what you want again.
Nice to see it working though ;-)
Hi Daf,
I just want to tell you thank you. I have been following your yahoo group contributions and they have helped me a lot as I am a total novice in blogging and even online teaching. Thanks
I had not seen this one of yours in blogger (it seems you like livejournal better) and it is great we can add comments to it. What I'm finding kind of exhasperating is that I am too intuitive, do things and then I can't remember how I did them (that's why I cant't help people in our mail when they ask for help about problems I have already overcome). Tough luck for my students, he, he, he ...
Dear Berta,
Yes, you are right, I prefer my LiveJournal blog. It is more user-friendly, and feel I can do more things on the space provided, more freedom of action. I just set my mind to put this one to work for Bee's blogging session, now that I was able to get the comment feature to work, to post links and add photos, I just decided to go back to LiveJournal where I feel more comfortable ;-)
Btw, I tend to forget how I got to a place, or how I did something. What I do when I have to teach others is that I go back to the tool and start from scratch, writing down each step, and taking screenshots. It is time consuming, but next time I have to teach it to someone else, I have the document ready to be shown ;-)
Hugs,
Daf
hello Daf, I just listened to your photo story Turiapark! You know what, I love listening to your voice! It does make it so much more personal. Okay back to work on a Sturday morning, the house is quiet and it is sunny and cold today.
un bacio, Susan
Dear Susan,
I am very happy that you like my photo story about the Turia Park :-). I think this PhotoStory application is wonderful. So easy to handle and so many wonderful things we can do with just some photos.
I am going back to work too, ;-)
